Ingredients

  • 1 Chocolate graham cracker (1 sheet/rectangle)
  • ¼ c Whipped topping, lite
  • 2 T Vanilla pudding, dry mix, sugar free, fat free
  • ½ c Milk, skim
  • 1-2 drops Green food coloring
  • ⅛ - ½ t Peppermint extract

Directions

  1. CRUMBLE 1/2 chocolate graham cracker and PLACE in the bottom of the cup.
  2. TOP with whipped topping.
  3. CRUMBLE 1/2 chocolate graham cracker and PLACE on top of whipped topping.
  4. In a small bowl, MIX vanilla pudding, milk, 1-2 drops of green food coloring and mint extract until thickened.
  5. TOP second layer of cookie with colored vanilla pudding. Insert colored straws for legs if desired.
