Ingredients

  • 3 oz Lunch meat, lean (95% fat free or leaner)
  • 1 Tortilla, whole wheat
  • ½ c Spinach
  • ¼ c Carrots, grated
  • 1 T Ranch dressing, fat-free

Directions

  1. PLACE meat on top of tortilla.
  2. ADD spinach and carrots.
  3. ROLL into a wrap. DIP in ranch dressing and ENJOY!
