  • 5 c Kale, packed
  • ½ T Olive oil
  • ¼ t Salt


  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
  2. LINE a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. If needed, carefully remove kale leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces.
  4. DRIZZLE kale with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  5. BAKE until the edges are brown but not burnt, 10-15 minutes.
