Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese, ⅓ less fat
  • 1 ¾ c Parmesan cheese, (~ 6 oz)
  • 3 T Jalapenos, fresh, chopped
  • 1 Egg white
  • ⅔ c Bread crumbs or panko or potato flakes
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. PREHEAT the oven to 350˚F.
  2. MIX cream cheese, parmesan cheese, jalapenos and egg white in a bowl to form a paste.
  3. SPOON out 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll in the bread crumbs.
  4. PLACE on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. BAKE for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. FLIP halfway through.
