Ingredients

  • 1 box Vanilla pudding mix, sugar-free, fat-free (1 oz)
  • 1 c Milk, skim
  • 1 c Whipped topping, lite
  • ¼ c Chocolate chips
  • 9 Graham crackers, rectangles

Options: You can use a variety of flavors of pudding mix and graham crackers.

Directions

  1. WASH hands with soap and water.
  2. In a large bowl, ADD pudding mix and milk. MIX until combined, about 2 minutes.
  3. FOLD in whipped topping and chocolate chips. SET aside.
  4. LINE a large baking sheet with plastic wrap.
  5. Break the rectangle graham crackers into squares. PLACE half of the graham cracker squares on the pan.
  6. SPREAD each the graham crackers evenly with the filling, spreading evenly.
  7. TOP the filling with the remaining graham cracker squares until all sandwiches are made.
  8. COVER with plastic wrap and FREEZE for at least an hour or until firm.
