Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas, mashed
  • 2 c Oats
  • ¼ t Baking soda
  • 1 t Cinnamon
  • 1 c Peanut butter
  • ¼ c Honey
  • ¼ c Dried fruit
  • ¼ c Chocolate chips, mini
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 325˚F.
  2. SPRAY a baking sheet with cooking spray and SET aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, MIX bananas, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, peanut butter, honey, dried fruit and chocolate chips.
  4. Using a tablespoon scoop, DROP a tablespoon of batter on the baking sheet. PRESS cookies down slightly to flatten.
  5. BAKE for 12-15 minutes. COOL completely and/or FREEZE in a freezer bag.
