Ingredients

  • ¾ c Strawberries, sliced
  • 3 c Fruit, cut in pieces, (apples, bananas, cherries, grapes, kiwi, plums)
  • 6 Waffle cones, large
  • ¼ c Coconut, toasted (optional)

Directions

  1. PLACE strawberries in a blender, COVER and BLEND until smooth.
  2. PLACE assorted fruit in bowl; gently TOSS together.
  3. SPOON fruit into cones.
  4. DRIZZLE with the strawberry puree.
  5. If desired, TOP with coconut.
