Ingredients

  • 2 c Garbanzo beans, canned, drained
  • ⅓ c Tahini
  • ¼ c Lemon juice
  • 1 t Salt
  • 2 Garlic, cloves, halved
  • 1 T Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Paprika
  • 1 t Fresh parsley, minced

Directions

  1. PLACE the garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, salt and garlic in a blender or food processor. BLEND until smooth.
  2. DRIZZLE olive oil over the garbanzo bean mixture.
  3. SPRINKLE with paprika and parsley.
