  • 1 c Buttermilk, low fat
  • ½ c Sour cream, light
  • ¼ c Mayonnaise, light
  • ½ Avocado, mashed until smooth
  • ¼ c Chives, chopped
  • 2 T Lemon juice
  • 2 t Parsley, dried
  • Pepper to taste


  1. In a medium bowl WHISK together buttermilk, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. WHISK in avocado, chives, lemon juice and parsley. ADD pepper to taste.
