  • 3 can Corn, drained and rinsed (15.25 oz/ea)
  • 1 can Green chilies, chopped, drained and rinsed (4 oz)
  • 1 jar Pimentos, drained and rinsed (4 oz)
  • 2 Jalapenos, seeded, chopped, optional
  • ½ c Green onion, chopped
  • ½ c Mayonnaise, light
  • 1 c Sour cream, light
  • 1 c Cheddar cheese, reduced fat, shredded
  • ½ t Black pepper


  1. MIX all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. CHILL until ready to serve. SERVE with crackers, baked chips, celery, peppers or other veggies.
