Ingredients

  • 1 T Sugar substitute
  • ½ t Cinnamon, divided (¼ t and ¼ t)
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, ⅓ less fat, softened
  • 1 T Brown sugar
  • 14 Tortillas, whole wheat
  • 2 c Apples, chopped
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, MIX sugar substitute and ¼ t of cinnamon. SET aside.
  2. In another bowl, MIX cream cheese, brown sugar and remaining cinnamon (¼ t).
  3. SPREAD 1 T of cream cheese mixture on each tortilla. TOP with 2 T of chopped apples.
  4. FOLD tortillas in half. SPRAY both sides with cooking spray then SPRINKLE with cinnamon/sugar mixture.
  5. HEAT quesadillas in a skillet over medium heat until quesadilla is brown and crisp.
