Ingredients

  • 5 Carrots, baby
  • 5 Almonds, sliced
  • 1 T Cream cheese, light, softened
  • Ranch dressing, fat free, optional

Directions

  1. With a paring knife, CUT a flat shallow notch in the tip of each carrot.
  2. USE a dab of softened cream cheese to glue a sliced almond fingernail atop each notch.
  3. SERVE with ranch dressing if desired.
