Ingredients

  • 1 Apple, small
  • 1 T Peanut butter
  • ½ T Chocolate chips
  • 1 T Granola, low fat

Directions

  1. CORE the apple and SLICE it crosswise into ½ inch thick rounds.
  2. SPREAD one side of one apple slice with peanut butter.
  3. SPRINKLE chocolate chips and granola on top of the peanut butter.
  4. PLACE the other apple slice on top creating a sandwich. PRESS down gently. ENJOY!
