  • 2 T Lemon juice
  • ¼ t Mustard
  • 2 T Olive oil
  • 3 Apples, diced
  • 1 Celery stalk, large, diced
  • 2 c Cabbage, shredded
  • ¼ c Pecans, chopped


  1. WASH hands with soap and water.
  2. In a large bowl, WHISK lemon juice and mustard.
  3. ADD oil. WHISK until blended.
  4. ADD apples, celery and cabbage. TOSS to coat.
  5. TOP with pecans.
