c = cup, T = tablespoon, t = teaspoon, lb = pound, oz = ounce, fl oz = fluid ounce, pkg = package


  • 1 T Olive oil
  • 1 T Garlic, minced
  • ½ t Sage, dried
  • 2 cans Cannellini beans, rinsed, drained (14 oz ea)
  • 4 c Tomatoes, diced
  • ⅛ t Salt
  • ⅛ t Pepper
  • 3 T Basil, dried
  • 1 t Red wine vinegar


  1. HEAT oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. ADD garlic and sage. SAUTÉ for 1 minute.
  3. ADD drained beans, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
  4. STIR to combine, COVER and REDUCE heat to SIMMER for 10 minutes.
  5. UNCOVER pan and REMOVE from heat. ADD basil and vinegar and SERVE.
