  • 1 lb Okra
  • ½ t Garlic powder
  • ¼ t Salt
  • ¼ t Black pepper
  • Cooking spray


  1. TRIM off tough stems from the okra and PREHEAT the oven to 425°F.
  2. CUT okra into 2 inch pieces and PLACE on a baking sheet. SPRAY with cooking spray.
  3. SPRINKLE garlic powder, salt and pepper on the okra and TOSS.
  4. ROAST for 15 minutes or until dark spots appear on okra.
