  • Cooking spray
  • 4 c Broccoli, fresh or frozen
  • 1 t Olive oil
  • ¼ t Crushed red pepper
  • ½ t Black pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 1 t Lemon juice


  1. PREHEAT oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, TOSS broccoli with olive oil, pepper flakes, black pepper, garlic and lemon juice.
  3. SPREAD the broccoli on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. BAKE for 15-20 minutes.
