  • 4 c Cabbage, green, shredded
  • 2 c Cabbage, red, shredded
  • ½ c Celery, chopped
  • 1 c Carrots, shredded
  • ¼ c Onion, finely chopped
  • 3 t Lemon juice
  • 1 c Apple, Granny Smith, chopped
  • ¼ t Black pepper
  • 1 t Celery seeds
  • ½ t Salt
  • 1 c Mayo, light
  • ¼ t Paprika


  1. PLACE all ingredients in a bowl. STIR until everything is mixed well.
  2. CHILL for at least one hour to allow flavors to blend.
