c = cup, T = tablespoon, t = teaspoon, lb = pound, oz = ounce, fl oz = fluid ounce, pkg = package


  • 1 T Olive oil
  • 1 c Green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 c Onion, diced
  • 4 cans Vegetarian beans, (16 oz)
  • 1 c Ketchup
  • ½ c Brown sugar
  • 1 t Black pepper


  1. ADD oil to non-stick skillet. SAUTE bell pepper and onion on medium/high until onions are translucent.
  2. DRAIN the vegetarian beans, and then ADD to skillet along with ketchup, brown sugar and black pepper.
  3. SIMMER on medium-low for 10 minutes or until sauce thickens.
