Ingredients

  • 2 T Honey
  • 1 T Mustard, Dijon
  • 1 T Red wine vinegar
  • 1 T Olive oil
  • ¼ t Pepper
  • 1 can Black beans, rinsed and drained (15 oz)
  • 1 can Kidney beans, rinsed and drained (15 oz)
  • 1 ½ c Green beans, fresh, cut into 2 in pieces
  • 1 c Tomatoes, cherry, halved
  • 1 c Cheddar cheese, extra sharp, cubed

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, WHISK honey, mustard, vinegar, oil and pepper.
  2. ADD black beans, kidney beans, green beans and tomato. TOSS gently.
  3. Refrigerate, TOP with cheese cubes and serve.
