Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce, torn
  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ c Chopped green bell peppers
  • 1 lb Ground beef, lean
  • 1 pkg Taco seasoning mix
  • 1 Small onion, chopped
  • 2 cans Kidney beans, drained (15 oz)
  • ¾ c Salsa
  • 1 c Shredded cheese

Directions

  1. PUT lettuce in large bowl.
  2. ADD tomatoes and green pepper.
  3. BROWN ground beef and DRAIN off fat and liquid.
  4. RETURN beef to skillet and MIX in taco seasoning.
  5. MIX meat, beans and salsa.
  6. ADD to salad.
  7. SPRINKLE with cheese and serve.
