Ingredients

  • 3 ½ c Apples, diced
  • 2 T Lemon juice
  • 2 c Grapes, sliced
  • 1 c Celery, sliced
  • ½ c Prunes, chopped
  • ¼ c Mayonnaise, light
  • ¼ c Honey
  • 2 T Sour cream, light
  • ¼ c Walnuts, chopped

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, TOSS apples with lemon juice.
  2. ADD grapes, celery and prunes.
  3. In a small bowl COMBINE mayonnaise, honey, and sour cream. MIX well.
  4. POUR mayonnaise mixture over the apple mixture and TOSS to coat.
  5. SPRINKLE with walnuts and SERVE.
