  • 1 lb Ham, chopped (3 ½ c)
  • ¼ c Mayonnaise, light
  • 2 t Mustard
  • 1 T Relish, sweet or dill
  • ⅓ c Pineapple, crushed, drained
  • ½ c Celery, chopped
  • 2 Eggs, hard boiled, chopped


  1. PLACE all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. MIX well and CHILL for 1 hour.
  3. SERVE by itself or with crackers and whole wheat bread.
