Ingredients

  • 5.3 oz Yogurt, plain, greek style (1 small container)
  • 2 T Lemon juice
  • ¼ t Pepper
  • 6 c Cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 c Apples, chopped
  • ½ c Raisins

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, MIX yogurt, lemon juice and pepper.
  2. ADD cabbage, apple and raisins. MIX well and CHILL.
