Ingredients

  • 4 c Spinach, 1 pkg
  • 1 Bell pepper, red, cut into thin strips
  • 1 c Carrots, thin, match stick cut
  • 1 Green onion, chopped
  • 2 c Cabbage, red, roughly chopped
  • 1 c Sugar snap peas, halved
  • ½ c Asian toasted sesame dressing, light
  • ½ c Chow mein noodles

Directions

  1. COMBINE first six ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. ADD dressing and TOSS to coat.
  3. TOP with chow mein noodles.
