  • 1 can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
  • ½ c Celery, chopped
  • ⅓ c Walnuts, chopped
  • ¼ c Green onion, chopped
  • ⅓ c Dried cranberries
  • ⅓ c Mayonnaise, light
  • 2 t Mustard
  • ⅛ t Dill, dried
  • ¼ t Pepper


  1. In a large bowl, MASH chickpeas with a potato masher or fork. You can use a food processor, if desired.
  2. ADD remaining ingredients and MIX well.
  3. Use on bread as a sandwich, on a tortilla as wrap, on crackers or on top of a bed of lettuce.
