Ingredients

  • ½ c Bulgur, uncooked
  • 1 Orange, large, peeled and chopped
  • 1 Onion, medium, chopped
  • 1 Tomato, small, chopped
  • ¾ c Parsley, chopped
  • 2 T Lemon juice
  • 2 t Orange peel, grated
  • 2 t Olive oil
  • ¼ t Pepper
  • ⅛ t Crushed red pepper

Directions

  1. COOK bulgur as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. TOSS bulgur and remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  3. COVER and REFRIGERATE until chilled.
