Ingredients

Dressing:

  • 2 T Dijon mustard
  • 2 T Dill, fresh or 2 t dried
  • 1 T Apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ t Brown sugar
  • 3 T Olive oil

Salad:

  • 2 c Apples, chopped (gala, pink lady, braeburn)
  • 2 c Pears, chopped
  • 1 c Cucumber, chopped, seeded
  • ⅓ c Onion, sweet, chopped

Directions

  1. MIX together mustard, dill, vinegar, sugar and olive oil. SET aside.
  2. ADD apples, pears, cucumbers and onion to the bowl.
  3. TOSS to coat, REFRIGERATE or SERVE immediately.
