Ingredients

  • 1 c Wild Rice
  • 5 c Water

Directions

  1. In a large sauce pan, HEAT water until it comes to a boil.
  2. ADD rice and STIR. Bring to a BOIL.
  3. REDUCE heat to a SIMMER, and COOK for 25-30 minutes. STIR occasionally.

*Season with spices, herbs or no-salt seasonings.
*Freeze in a ziptop bag and use later!
