Ingredients

  • ½ c Celery, chopped
  • 1 can Pineapple chunks, drained, chopped (20 oz)
  • 1 c Carrots, shredded
  • 1 c Apple, granny smith, chopped
  • 8 c Cabbage, shredded (green)
  • ½ t Celery seeds
  • ¼ t Cayenne pepper
  • ¼ t Black pepper
  • ½ t Salt
  • ¾ c Mayonnaise, light

Directions

  1. PLACE all ingredients in a bowl. STIR until everything is mixed well.
  2. CHILL for at least one hour to allow flavors to blend.
