Ingredients

  • 12 oz Yogurt, vanilla, nonfat (2-6 oz containers)
  • 1 ½ T Brown sugar
  • ½ t Cinnamon
  • 2 c Strawberries, halved
  • 1 can Pineapple chunks, reserve juice (8 oz)
  • ½ c Grapes
  • 1 Apple, chopped

Directions

  1. MIX yogurt, brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. PLACE in the refrigerator.
  2. DRIZZLE pineapple juice over the apple pieces.
  3. PLACE 5-6 pieces on wooden skewer, rotating shapes and colors.
  4. SERVE kabobs with yogurt sauce.
