Ingredients

  • 2 T Olive oil
  • 2 lb Sweet potatoes, cubed
Onion Soup Mix:
  • ⅔ c Minced onion, dried
  • 3 t Parsley flakes
  • 2 t Onion powder
  • 2 t Turmeric
  • 1 t Celery salt
  • ½ t Salt
  • 1 t Sugar
  • ½ t Pepper

Directions

  1. PREHEAT the oven to 450˚F.
  2. TOSS olive oil and sweet potatoes in a large bowl.
  3. MIX all the spices together for the onion soup mix in a small bowl.
  4. MEASURE ¼ c of the onion soup mix and SPRINKLE and TOSS on sweet potatoes.
  5. ARRANGE potatoes evenly on a baking sheet and BAKE for 40-50 minutes. FLIP and TOSS potatoes at 20 minutes.
