Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 4 Pork chops, boneless, loin, 4 oz ea
  • ¼ c Brown sugar
  • ¼ t Cayenne powder, optional
  • ½ t Garlic powder
  • ½ t Paprika
  • ½ t Pepper

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. SPRAY the bottom of a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, MIX brown sugar and spices.
  3. RUB pork chops with spice mix.
  4. TRANSFER pork chops to a baking dish. If desired, place pork chops on a baking rack, then in the baking dish.
  5. COOK for 20-25 minutes.
