Ingredients

  • ⅔ c Potato flakes
  • 1 ½ T Olive oil
  • ½ t Oregano, dried
  • ½ t Parsley, dried
  • ¼ t Garlic powder
  • ¼ t Onion powder
  • 1 t Black pepper
  • 4 Pork chops, trimmed
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. PREHEAT the oven to 425°F. LINE a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a bowl or large ziptop bag, ADD potato flakes, olive oil, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper.
  3. ADD one pork chop at a time to the bag and SHAKE until coated with spices and potato flakes. PLACE each coated pork chop on the baking sheet.
  4. BAKE pork chops for 10 minutes. FLIP the pork chops and BAKE for another 10-15 minutes.
