Ingredients

Sauce:

  • 2 T Balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • ½ T Soy sauce, lower sodium
  • ½ t Ginger, dried

Stir-Fry:

  • 1 T Olive oil
  • ½ lb Pork loin, cut into strips
  • 1 c Broccoli, chopped
  • ½ c Carrots, sliced
  • ½ c Mushrooms, sliced

Directions

  1. MIX sauce ingredients. ADD ½ T sauce mixture to pork; TOSS to coat. LET stand 5 minutes.
  2. STIR-FRY meat mixture and vegetables in oil in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 4 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
  3. ADD remaining sauce mixture. SIMMER 2 minutes. SERVE over rice.
