Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 1 lb Pork roast, cut into strips
  • 1 ½ c Stir-fry vegetables, frozen, deluxe
  • ¼ c Italian dressing, zesty, fat-free
  • 2 T Soy sauce, lower sodium
  • 2 T Honey
  • ¼ t Ginger, ground
  • 3 T Almonds, sliced

Directions

  1. WASH hands with soap and water.
  2. SPRAY large non-stick skillet with cooking spray. HEAT skillet on medium-high.
  3. ADD meat. STIR-FRY 5 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. ADD remaining ingredients; STIR-FRY 5 minutes or until heated through.

**Serve over hot cooked spaghetti or rice, if desired.
