Ingredients

  • ⅓ c Potato flakes, instant
  • ¼ t Onion powder
  • ⅛ t Salt
  • ¼ t Garlic powder
  • ¼ t Black pepper
  • 1 lb Salmon filets
  • (4 – 4 oz portions)
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. In a shallow dish or bowl, MIX potato flakes, onion powder, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
  2. COAT the flesh side of the salmon in the potato flake mixture. PLACE salmon skin side down on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. SPRINKLE any leftover potato flake mixture on top.
  3. BAKE for 20-25 minutes or until fish reaches 145°F.
