Ingredients

  • ¾ c Bread crumbs
  • ¼ c Mayonnaise, reduced fat
  • 1 Egg, slightly beaten
  • ½ t Lemon pepper
  • 7 oz Salmon, skinless, boneless, drained and flaked
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. MIX bread crumbs, mayonnaise, egg and lemon pepper in a medium bowl. ADD salmon and MIX.
  2. MEASURE ⅓ c of salmon mixture (packed) and FORM into a round patty. REPEAT until you have five salmon patties.
  3. SPRAY a skillet with cooking spray and TURN stove to medium heat.
  4. PLACE the salmon patties in the skillet and COOK until light brown 5-7 minutes. FLIP the patties and COOK on the other side until brown.
  5. When cooked through SERVE and ENJOY!
