Ingredients

  • 2 T Lime juice
  • 1 T Olive oil
  • ¼ t Salt
  • 1 T Chili powder
  • ½ t Cumin
  • 2 t Garlic powder
  • 1 can Tuna, drained and rinsed (12 oz)
  • 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
  • ¾ c Corn, drained and rinsed
  • ½ c Bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ c Carrot, diced
  • ¼ c Onion, minced

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, WHISK lime juice, oil, salt, chili powder, cumin and garlic powder.
  2. To the bowl, ADD the remaining ingredients.
  3. MIX all the ingredients together. CHILL or SERVE immediately.
