Ingredients

  • Cooking Spray
  • 4 Corn Tortillas
  • ¼ c Black beans, reduced sodium
  • ¼ c Chicken, shredded and chopped
  • 2 T Onion, chopped
  • ½ c Cheddar cheese, shredded, reduced fat
  • ½ c Lettuce, chopped
  • ¼ c Tomato, chopped
  • ¼ c Avocado, chopped
  • ¼ c Sour cream, fat free
  • ¼ c Salsa

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 425°F.
  2. SPRAY cooking spray on each tortilla. CUT each tortilla into 4 wedges.
  3. PLACE wedges on a baking sheet and BAKE for 8-10 minutes until crisp.
  4. SPRINKLE beans, chicken, onion and cheese over the chips.
  5. BAKE for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. TOP nachos with remaining ingredients.
