Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 1¼ lb Chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
  • ½ c Raspberry fruit spread, melted
  • 1 T Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ T Soy sauce, reduced sodium
  • ¼ t Red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. TRIM any visible fat from the chicken breast.
  2. SPRAY a large skillet with cooking spray. SAUTÉ chicken on medium high heat until cooked through.
  3. In a small bowl, MIX remaining ingredients.
  4. ADD raspberry mixture to the chicken. BRING to a SIMMER and REMOVE from heat. SERVE.
