c = cup, T = tablespoon, t = teaspoon, lb = pound, oz = ounce, fl oz = fluid ounce, pkg = package


  • Cooking spray
  • 2 cans Chicken, drained, rinsed (12 oz each)
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup, lower sodium, low-fat (10 ½ oz)
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes, drained, rinsed
  • 1 can Corn, drained, rinsed
  • 1 can Green chilies, drained, rinsed
  • ½ c Onion, chopped
  • ½ c Bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 T Chili powder
  • 1 T Get Fresh! Ranch seasoning
  • 2 Tortillas, whole wheat
  • ¾ c Fiesta blend cheese


  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, COMBINE all the ingredients except the tortillas and cheese.
  3. SPRAY a 9x13 inch baking dish with
  4. Cooking spray. TEAR the tortillas into strips and PLACE in the bottom of the baking dish, covering most of the bottom.
  5. POUR chicken mixture on top. SPREAD evenly. TOP with cheese.
  6. BAKE for 30 minutes. REMOVE and let SIT for 5 minutes before serving.
