Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken, diced
  • ½ t Olive Oil
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Onion medium, sliced
  • ¼ t Garlic Powder
  • ¼ t Oregano
  • ¼ t Cumin
  • ½ Lime (juice)
  • 10 Whole wheat tortillas

Directions

  1. COOK chicken in the oil and SAUTÉ.
  2. ADD the peppers, mushrooms, onions and spices.
  3. SQUEEZE 1/2 the lime over the chick-en and vegetables for flavor.
  4. SERVE on whole wheat tortillas.
