Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts, cut into chunks (approx. 1 lb)*
  • 2 lb Sweet potatoes, cut into chunks
  • ½ lb Mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ c Onion, chopped
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 c White cooking wine
  • ½ t Rosemary, dried
  • ½ t Black pepper
  • 1 ½ T White wine vinegar

*Chicken breasts can be bought in packages of 4

Directions

  1. PLACE the chicken, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, onion, garlic, white wine, rosemary, pepper and vinegar in a 6-qt slow cooker.
  2. STIR to combine. PUT the lid on and COOK on high for 3 hours or until potatoes are tender and chicken is cooked through.

*Cooking time may vary depending on the heating element in the slow cooker.
