c = cup, T = tablespoon, t = teaspoon, lb = pound, oz = ounce, fl oz = fluid ounce, pkg = package


  • 1 Roast, thawed, cut into 1 inch cubes (2 lb)
  • 2 t Garlic powder
  • 1 can Beef broth, lower sodium, (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes, drained and rinsed (14 oz)
  • 3 c Onion/pepper mix, frozen


  1. PLACE all ingredients in a slow cooker.
  2. COOK on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 5-6 hours. *Cooking time may depend on your slow cooker.
  3. SERVE as is or over brown rice, egg noodles or use the mixture to make a simple philly cheesesteak sandwich.
