Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef, extra lean
  • 1 can Cream of celery soup, 98% fat free, 40% less sodium (10 ¾ oz)
  • ½ c Water
  • 2 T Ketchup
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can Mixed vegetables, low sodium, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
  • 1 ½ c Noodles, whole wheat, cooked (1 c dry)
  • ½ c Cheddar cheese, shredded, reduced fat

Directions

  1. COOK the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until well browned.
  2. RINSE and DRAIN the meat under warm water. RETURN to skillet.
  3. STIR in the soup, water, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and vegetables. HEAT to a simmer.
  4. STIR in the noodles and SPRINKLE with cheese.
