Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ c Bakery mix, low-fat
  • 3 T Sugar
  • 3 T Margarine, melted
  • ⅔ c Milk, skim
  • Cooking Spray
  • 3 c Strawberries, sliced
  • ¾ c Whipped topping, light

Directions

  1. HEAT oven to 425°F.
  2. STIR bakery mix, sugar, margarine and milk until soft dough forms.
  3. SPRAY a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  4. DROP by 6 spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
  5. Bake 8-11 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. SPLIT warm shortcakes in half and top cake with ¼ c of strawberries and 1 T of whipped topping.
