Ingredients

  • 1 can Peaches, sliced, light syrup, drained (20 oz)
  • 2 Apples, medium, sliced
  • ½ t Vanilla
  • ¼ t Cinnamon
  • 1 c Whole wheat flour
  • ¼ c Brown sugar
  • 3 T Margarine, chilled
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350˚F.
  2. SPRAY a 9x9x2 inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
  3. COMBINE peaches, apples, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl.
  4. TOSS well and spread evenly in casse-role dish.
  5. COMBINE flour and sugar in a small bowl.
  6. CUT in margarine with two forks until the mixture resembles coarse sand.
  7. SPRINKLE flour mixture evenly over fruit.
  8. BAKE until lightly browned and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
