Ingredients

  • 2 box Pudding, vanilla, instant, sugar free (1 oz ea)
  • 2 c Orange juice
  • 16 oz Whipped topping, light, thawed
  • 2 can Mandarin orange segments, no sugar added, drained (15 oz cn)
  • ¼ c Granola, optional

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, BEAT pudding mix and orange juice with a whisk for 2 minutes.
  2. RESERVE ¼ c of whipped topping and 3-4 orange segments. SET aside.
  3. FOLD in the remaining whipped topping and oranges.
  4. GARNISH with reserved whipped topping, orange segments and granola, if desired.
