Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 8 Graham crackers
  • 1 ¾ c Artificial sweetener
  • ⅛ t Cinnamon
  • 2 T Margarine, melted
  • ⅓ c Lime juice
  • 2 c Plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 c Whipped topping, reduced fat frozen, thawed

Directions

  1. SPRAY 8x8 inch square pan with cooking spray. SET aside.
  2. CRUSH graham crackers, reserving 2 T.
  3. COMBINE graham cracker crumbs, ¼ c artificial sweetener, cinnamon and margarine, MIXING well. Firmly PRESS mixture evenly on bottom of prepared pan; SET aside.
  4. COMBINE 1 ½ c artificial sweetener and lime juice. STIR yogurt into lime mixture. FOLD in whipped topping.
  5. SPOON mixture over graham cracker crust. SPRINKLE with reserved graham cracker crumbs.
  6. COVER and FREEZE at least 4 hours or until firm.
  7. Let STAND at room temperature 10 minutes before CUTTING into 9 bars.
